Yes. Our positions follow United States business hours, which corresponds to evening and night in Pakistan. The hours are stated on each vacancy and do not vary from week to week, so your schedule is fixed and predictable.
Both arrangements are available for the positions listed. Onsite means our Karachi office, where equipment, backup power and internet are provided. Remote means working from home, but only once your connection speed and power backup have passed our setup check. Remote positions are monitored.
Yes, along with a headset and a quiet place to work. We confirm the required specification with you during screening. Onsite positions use our equipment.

Written English matters most, as the majority of client communication is by email and chat. You should be able to compose a clear, professional message unassisted. Spoken English is required for positions involving calls, and those positions state so explicitly.
Because they tell us considerably more than a CV does. They demonstrate how you think and how you would write to a client. Applications with one-line answers do not proceed, and answers that have plainly been copied are readily identified.
Ordinarily about two weeks from application to offer, depending on how quickly interviews can be arranged. Every shortlisted candidate is contacted within five working days.
